Future Leaders
Discount Registration price of only $350 if you qualify.Program Format: The Program is a half-day pre-conference seminar from 11:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday, March 8, 2026. The Program will include lunch, several networking breaks and nine 20-to-25-minute track sessions. Track presentations will be conducted by experienced industry leaders who will review the fundamentals of the various disciplines and their impact on Long Term Care insurance (LTCi). Each track presentation will include an interactive exercise to encourage attendees to engage with each other and the leaders in the room. After the Program ends at 4pm, there will be an additional networking reception for Future Leaders attendees beginning at 4:30pm and ending at the beginning of the Conference’s Sunday evening Opening Reception.
Candidate Profile: We are looking to enroll professionals who have the potential to be the future leaders of our industry. Ideal candidates are early-to-midlevel management professionals and other promising non-management professionals who are attending their first ILTCI Conference*, excel in their current positions, demonstrate strong commitment to LTCi and their organizations, are dedicated to developing a broad base of LTC knowledge and a professional network, and display solid leadership initiative and potential.
* Limited exceptions may apply, such as for previous conference attendees who have just moved into management positions.
Program Cost: Registration fees are being subsidized by the Conference Association to support the growth of future LTCi leaders. The cost to participate is $350.00 for early bird registration prior to January 16, 2026, and $400.00 as of January 16, 2026, which includes registration fee for the full conference. To register as a Future Leaders participant, please use the Individual Attendee option and enter the coupon code ‘futureleaders’ in the discount code box that will pop up below ‘Individual Attendee’ on the first page of the registration process.
We can only accommodate a limited number of participants in this Program and Program Leadership (see next section) reserves the right to approve all registration requests, including limiting registrations to a certain number from each company. Companies sponsoring and/or exhibiting at the ILTCI will be allowed more attendees than non-sponsoring/non-exhibiting companies. If your Future Leaders registration request is approved but you do not attend the seminar, your registration will be converted to a standard ILTCI Conference registration, and you will be billed for the difference in cost.
