The ILTCI Conference Association is pleased to announce the return of the ILTCI Future Leaders Program at our 2023 conference in Denver, Colorado. The ILTCI Future Leaders Program is intended to give promising early-to-mid level management and other non-management professionals with leadership potential the opportunity to participate in a half-day pre-conference seminar and networking function at a significant discount from the standard ILTCI registration rate. Through the ILTCI Future Leaders Program, we hope to both engage professionals and to grow the next generation of industry leaders to develop interdisciplinary knowledge and network necessary to excel at later stages of their careers.

Program Format: The Program is a half-day pre-conference seminar that will open with lunch at 12:00 PM on Sunday, March 12, 2023, followed by eight 25-minute track sessions starting at 12:30 PM. Track presentations will be conducted by experienced industry leaders who will review the fundamentals of the various disciplines and their influence on the overall LTCI process. Each track presentation will also include an interactive exercise to ensure the attendees have the opportunity to engage with each other and the leaders in the room. The Future Leaders program will conclude by 4:30 PM to allow attendees an opportunity to attend the networking event that will take place at the opening exhibit hall reception on Sunday evening.

Candidate Profile: We are looking to enroll those professionals that have the potential to be the future leaders of our industry. Ideal candidates are early-to-midlevel management professionals and other promising non-management professionals who excel in their current position, demonstrate a strong commitment to LTCI and their organization, are dedicated to developing a broad base of LTC knowledge and a professional network, and display solid leadership initiative and potential.

Program Cost: The cost to participate is $325 which includes registration fees for the full conference. Registration fees are being subsidized by the conference to support the growth of future LTC leaders. To register as a Future Leader participant, please use the Individual Attendee option and enter the coupon code ‘futureleaders’ in the discount code box that will pop up below ‘Individual Attendee’ on the first page of the registration process.

Program Leadership: The program is being chaired by Gina Besz (ILTCI Program and Education Committee Chair and Vice President of Claims Initiatives at LTCG), Jeff Levin (ILTCI Board of Directors Member and Secretary and, Vice President of Distribution, Care Solutions at OneAmerica) and Kimberly Martin (ILTCI Board of Directors Member and Assistant Vice President, Product and Compliance Management at Lincoln Financial).

As space is limited and the program has been filled to capacity in recent years, please note that early registration is recommended, and may be limited, to allow the maximum number of companies to participate.
