Future Leaders

The   ILTCI   Conference   Association   is   pleased   to   host   a   pre-conference   leadership   program   for   early-to-mid   level professionals   called   the   ILTCI   Future   Leaders   Program.   This   program   is   led   by   ILTCI   Executive   Committee   members Carroll    Golden,    Michael    Rafalko,    and    Sharon    Reed.    The    ILTCI    Future    Leaders    Program    is    provides    these professionals   with   the   opportunity   to   participate   in   a   half-day      pre-conference   seminar,   organized   networking function   and   track   guidance   program   at   a   significant   discount   from   the   standard   ILTCI      registration   rate.   Through the   ILTCI   Future   Leaders   Program,   we   have   generated   interest   in   the   ILTCI   and   long   term   care   solutions   among emerging   professionals   and   encouraged   the   next   generation   of   industry   leaders   to   develop   the   interdisciplinary knowledge and network necessary to excel as their career advances. The Future Leaders Program will run from 12:00pm to 4:00 pm Sunday March 18th.   Program   Format.    The   Program   is   a   half-day   pre-conference   seminar   that   begins   with   a   networking   lunch   on Sunday,   March   18,   2018.   Future   leaders   are   joined   by   experienced   professionals   from   all   disciplines   for   lively   and informative   table   discussion,   who   will   also   facilitate   a   20   minute   session   .   These   experienced   professionals   also lead   20   minute   sessions   are      focused   on   various   issues   from   LTCI   disciplines   and   ILTCI   conference   tracks.   The participants    receive    full    admission    to    the    opening    exhibit    hall    reception    on    Sunday    evening    and    the    regular conference   program   with   educational   sessions   held   on   Monday   and   Tuesday.   The   conference   concludes   with   a networking breakfast on Wednesday. Candidate    Profile.     Ideal    candidates    are    early-to-midlevel    management    professionals    and    other    talented    non- management   professionals      who   excel   in   their   current   position,   demonstrate   a   strong   commitment   to   LTCI   and their   organization,   are   dedicated   to   developing   a   broad      base   of   LTC   knowledge   and   a   professional   network,   and display   solid   leadership   initiative   and   potential.   Put   candidly,   we   are   looking   to   enroll   those   professionals   that   have the potential to be the future leaders of our industry.   Program   Cost.    The   ILTCI   is   an   educational   non-profit   organization   that   strives   to   invest   in   educational   opportunities to   further   the   long-term   care   insurance   and   related   industry.   The   Executive   Committee   will   continues   to   invest   in this   educational   session   financially   by   reducing   the   registration   for   participants   in   the   Program   to   only   $95.00, which   also   entitles   each   participant   to   attend   the   regular   conference   events   through   Wednesday,   March   16,   at   no additional cost.
