This year, sponsorship and exhibitor applications have moved online for the first time, replacing the PDF application you’re used to. Because you were part of ILTCI 2026, you get a one-week head start before applications open to the general public:

The button links will go live on the Exhibitor and Sponsor pages of our website at the time and date listed above. Since this is a brand-new system, you’ll need to create a new login.

Two Portals, Two Links

Sponsorships and exhibit booths are now handled separately in two different links.

If you’re sponsoring this year, start with the Sponsorship Portal — you can add an exhibit booth anytime after, no deadline. If you only want a booth, skip straight to the Exhibitor Portal.

What’s New for 2027

We’ve built out a full new lineup of sponsorship options this year, including new Pit Crew and Front Row levels, a new top-tier Pole Position sponsorship, and an expanded set of branded opportunities. The Diamond+ options are limited to one company each and tend to go quickly every year — worth acting fast if one’s on your list.

Exhibitors also get a new perk: a free Lead Management app to scan badges on-site and walk away with exportable attendee data, at no extra cost.

Later this fall — mid-November — we’ll also be releasing a new set of hotel space branding opportunities. More on that once it’s ready.

How Booth Selection Works This Year

Booth location selection runs online in November, using the login you create when you apply as an exhibitor. A few things to know: your place in line is based on your submission timestamp (your sponsorship timestamp if you’re doing both, your exhibitor application timestamp if you’re exhibiting only), and full payment must be received before you can select your booth location. Booth location and sponsor level reset every year — there’s no automatic renewal of your 2026 spot.

When does early access end?

Returning companies can apply starting September 30. General applications open October 7 — a one-week head start for returning companies.

Do I need a new account?

Yes — this is a brand-new system, so everyone, including returning companies, needs a new login. Nothing carries over automatically.

I only want a booth, no sponsorship. Where do I start?

Go straight to the Exhibitor Portal.

I want both a sponsorship and a booth. What order do I submit my applications?

Sponsorship Portal first, then add your booth. Your booth priority is based on your sponsorship timestamp.

How is my place in line for booth selection determined?

By submission timestamp — sponsorship level and timestamp if you’re sponsoring and exhibiting, exhibitor application timestamp if you’re exhibiting only. To be clear we are talking about the timestamp on the application submission – not the payment since some companies will opt for an invoice and ACH processing.

Can I add a booth or sponsorship later without losing my spot?

Yes, no deadline either way. But if booth selections have already begun by the time you apply, you’ll be placed at the next available opening at that point rather than inserted earlier in a list we’ve already worked through.

When does booth selection happen?

November, entirely online, using your Exhibitor Portal login.

Do I have to pay before selecting a booth?

Yes — payment in full is required before you can select a location.

Will I get the same booth or sponsor level as last year?

No — it’s a clean slate every year.

Do I need my logo and company description ready now?

No — those can be added later. We’ll send a reminder ahead of the mobile app deadline.

How do I pay?

Credit card online, or request an invoice.

Will Diamond+ options sell out?

Very likely — they’re limited to one company each and go quickly every year.

When are the hotel space branding options coming?

Mid-November.
