opening in 1918, The Broadmoor has offered guests a unique way to experience the beauty of the American West,
and continues that tradition through our Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star day spa as well as their restaurants (including
the only Five-Star, Five-Diamond restaurant in Colorado, Penrose Room), 54 holes of championship golf, six tennis
courts, indoor/outdoor pools, distinctive retail shops, and activities for guests of all ages and interests.

Online reservations at The Broadmoor for our 2015 Conference are now available. We have secured an excellent
discount rate of $139/night for our conference attendees at this luxury property. Alternatively you can call The
Broadmoor Reservations at (855) 634-7711 to make your reservation. Please be sure to mention ILTCI 2015 to receive
our group rate. In order to prevent a cancellation or change fee of one night's room rate, cancellation or changes in
arrival and/or departure date must be confirmed no later than seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.
The Broadmoor is now SOLD OUT of rooms in our group discount block for Sunday,
Monday, and Tuesday nights. If you would like to be placed on our wait list please
email Jim Glickman at jim.glickman@lifecareassurance.com with the dates you are
looking to stay at The Broadmoor. Below are our overflow hotel options.
The Cheyenne Mountain Resort (a 4-Diamond Resort) - Located 2.0 Miles Southeast of
The Broadmoor Hotel (about 5 minutes away). The Hotel is offering an ILTCI rate of only
$109 plus tax ($88 plus the $21 resort fee). The rate includes the following benefits:

Available $10 per day transportation fee for round trip shuttle to the Broadmoor in
the morning and from the Broadmoor in the evening.

Free Valet or Self Parking
•
Free Wi-Fi
•
Free use of the Health/Aquatic Club
•
Available $20 rate for Hotel transportation to/from the Colorado Springs Airport
The Doubletree by Hilton - Located 2.8 Miles East of The Broadmoor Hotel (about 7
minutes away). The Hotel is offering an ILTCI rate of $79 plus tax for a room with one
Queen Bed or $89 plus tax for a room with a King Bed (or two Queen Beds). This rate
includes the following benefits:

Free Transportation to and from the Broadmoor each day. Transportation will be
provided on Sunday to the Broadmoor at 3:30PM and 4:30PM or by reservation if
needed earlier, with return trips at 6:30PM, 7:30PM, 8:30PM, 9:30PM, 10:30PM and by
reservation only at later times. Transportation on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
mornings will between 7AM and 9AM as demand occurs, and return trips on Monday
and Tuesday will be at 6:30PM, 7:30PM, 8:30PM, 9:30PM, 10:30PM and by reservation
only at later times (Wednesday return trips will be by reservation only).

Complimentary airport shuttle service to/from the Colorado Springs Airport
•
Waived wi-fi fees
