Catherine Dove is the Director of Education for LTC Connection  (www.ltcconnection.com)  In this role she is responsible for overseeing the company’s DRA/NAIC Partnership Continuing Education program.  She is the Founder of the LTC Inner Circle®, the LTC insurance industry’s professional LTC sales and marketing  organization as well as the Co-Creator of the LTC Boot Camp™. Prior to this position, she was the Director of Field Training for John  Hancock Long-Term Care. Catherine has specialized in the LTC Insurance industry since 1994 after working in the Long-Term Care provider industry for 4 years.  Her previous training experience includes training for LTC Consultants as well as teaching the CLTC Master Class (Certified in LTC) where she also was the Director of CLTC Instructors.  Her sales experience includes being a career agent for GE Capital (now Genworth Financial), building an LTC Managing General Agency, as well as her own  personal producing LTC agency. Catherine has been quoted in Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine  and spoken at many LTC conferences.   Betty Doll is the Co-Creator of the LTC Boot Camp™ Betty is a  certified NAIC/DRA Partnership instructor, and has also been an instructor for the Certified in Long Term Care designation course  since 2000. Betty promises to make the discussion of long term care planning  “easy, enlightening, and even enjoyable” whether working with prospective clients or teaching other professionals. Betty is the Principal of Doll & Associates Long Term Care Insurance Services in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina.  Since 1998 she has specialized  exclusively in long term care insurance sales and training.  She has a  Master of Business Administration degree from Jacksonville University (Florida) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University. Betty has spoken at numerous regional and national long term care conferences including the 2012 Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) meeting.
