From airport shuttles to private town cars, The Broadmoor and other local businesses offers a variety of transportation options. The Broadmoor’s Transportation Department will work with you to create customized solutions that address your needs, including options for small or large groups. Additional transportation options for off-site excursions, including luxury town cars, limousines, minibus and motor coach reservations can be arranged by calling 719.362.3276. Transportation Options Airport Shuttle Service Colorado Springs Shuttle is offering shuttle rides from Denver International Airport to The Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Resort, or Doubletree by Hilton for $50 one way or $90 roundtrip.  Couples are $88 each way. Larger groups pay a lower price. The shuttle leaves Denver airport at 8:30am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm, 4:30pm, 6:30pm, or 8:30pm.  A private shuttle at other times is available for three people by reservation at $172.50 ($57.50 per person); four people costs $201.25 ($50.30 per person); and five people costs $230 ($46.00 per person) one way. The Broadmoor shuttle only operates during peak season and unfortunately our conference is after peak season and is not available during our conference. Car Rental Hertz Rental is the official car rental agency for The Broadmoor with rental locations at the Denver International Airport and Colorado Springs Airport. Hertz has great one-way and round trip rates from Denver to our Colorado Springs resort, and also offers daily rentals in Colorado Springs for sightseeing or shopping trips during your stay. Group Travel Should you require a comprehensive transportation plan for your large group, Broadmoor Transportation, a division of industry-leader Gray Line, stands prepared to exceed your expectations. More than 100 professionals operate a diversified fleet of more than 50 vehicles, including sedans, vans, limousines, minibuses, and full-size motor coaches. Phone: 719.362.3276  Parking at The BROADMOOR Valet parking is available to all overnight guests of The Broadmoor. The charge is $24 per night. This fee is charged directly to a guest's room. Gratuities are at the guest's discretion. Self-parking at The Broadmoor is available in the garage only. The charge to self-park for a 24-hour period is $22 per night, including in and out privileges. The charges are $4 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour up to a maximum of $22 per day.
